Genma, an ancient being with immense power, has destroyed half the universe and is headed towards Earth, threatening a similar catastrophe. Only Princess Luna, a modern-day prophet, and Vega, a cybernetic warrior from a world devastated by Genma, are aware of the impending disaster. They must gather the world's most powerful psychics to aid in the fight against Genma, a task that has failed countless others. Genma's agents are already on Earth, working to prevent any opposition to Genma's arrival.
