Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV

The Niflheim Empire and the kingdom of Lucis have been locked in a long-standing conflict, with the empire seeking control over the last remaining Crystal in Lucis' capital city, Insomnia. To safeguard his people, King Regis Lucis Caelum CXIII has created a magical barrier around Insomnia using the Crystal's power, and formed the elite task force known as the Kingsglaive to defend Lucis' borders. Nyx, a skilled warrior nicknamed "The Hero," was once a key member of the Kingsglaive but suffered a demotion after disobeying orders due to his pride. His duties now focus on guarding the city gates, until Regis' plan to sign a peace treaty with their enemies sets off a chain of events that changes Nyx's circumstances.
