Hina Satou is a 13-year-old figure skater who resides in a port town in Miyagi Prefecture. Following her mother's passing in the 2011 earthquake, Hina and her father are living in temporary housing. Despite the challenges of her past, Hina draws on the positive memories of her mother to stay motivated and focused on pursuing her figure skating goals.
