Pokemon The Movie 05: Heroes

Satoshi and his friends visit Altomare, a city in the Johto region that hosts the annual Pokémon Water Race. Satoshi's experience at the event is marred by his unexpected loss and encounters with a group of women who attack a girl with their Pokémon. The girl, whose name is Kanon, is actually a Pokémon named Latias in disguise. Latias and her companion, Latios, are the Eon Pokémon that inhabit the island city and guard a mystical blue sphere called the Soul Dew, which is central to an ancient legend of Altomare.
