Dead Leaves centers around Pandy and Retro, two individuals with no memory of their past, who find themselves on Earth with nothing but their own bodies. They go on a crime spree, but their actions lead to capture and a stint in the lunar penitentiary Dead Leaves. Within the facility, it's revealed to be a secret cloning site, housing deformed genetic experiments and abusive guards. Pandy and Retro join forces with fellow mutants to orchestrate an escape.
