Typhoon Noruda is set on a remote island where a middle school prepares for its annual culture festival. The story centers around a boy who has spent his entire life playing baseball, but abruptly quits and argues with his best friend. This rift in their friendship is brief, as they soon encounter Noruda, a girl with striking red eyes.
